Amazing location in a nice area, close to excellent dining options. Rewritten: the location of this place is fantastic and convenient with wonderful dining choices nearby.

Big room with a nice big balcony overlooking a sort of business district of beverley hills and decently priced. Complementary and reasonably good breakfast with a Starbucks in the lobby, tasty drinks...

The guest room was newly furnished and contemporary with a separate bath and shower. The pool was nice and I had cool drinks in the downstairs bar: D

The staff here are really helpful with anything you need and the location is great, close to Beverly Hills.

We had a great stay for a business trip that found me right across the street during the day.

The location in a peaceful area was great and fab and there were a market and gift shops nearby. Century City district was worth staying in.

Ideal spot close to all the cool stuff, has that classic vibe. 🏙️ The room blew me away, the bed and pillows were super cozy. The whole crew was really helpful and friendly.

I'm a frequent traveler to la and very critical as to quality of a stay. What did I love: every room has a balcony/patio with two chairs and table - love the ability to open a window and in this case a sliding door for air. The heating and cooling controls where excellent - quiet and efficient - the room was a perfect temperature throughout the stay. The pool area was fantastic - the lobby was very nice with a bar, a Starbucks, and an indoor/outdoor lounge restaurant with decent food and good prices. View is important to me - odd number rooms (which I had) faces the street and another building - even number rooms overlook the pool and the higher floors on a clear day can see the expanse of the city and ocean. The staff were cheerful and made you feel like you were at home!

Some minor disappointments - promised a daily paper but didn't receive one; and no king bed available on check-in. These were not deal breakers - the hotel was fully sold out and they comp the internet in exchange for the paper. The bed was adequate for comfort although one would expect it to be better than average quality for the Hyatt brand. Business travelers rely on internet for communication - Please include in the price of the room!

Newly furnished room and good sized, with an iPod docking station and a writing desk. Very central location, right by the mountains, and the restaurant in the morning and minutes from an art gallery and a tower.

The breakfast here was top-notch, especially the American one - totally worth the bucks. I found the price fair, not too shabby. the service was awesome, with a super friendly check-in. Plus, the parking was off site, which is a big plus for me! 🚗

Very isolated location towards all (and there are not many) touristic attractions in LA.

The staff were consistently courteous and provided great service. the beds and pillows were comfortable. the location is fantastic, right across the road from Westfield shopping centre.
